Not a worry for you if you bring your ideas to us here at Prescott Golf Club and let our hospitality team handle all the details.

The venue boasts high ceilings, wrap around windows, scenic views of our lush golf course in the summer and a winter wonderland in the snow.

On the west side of the venue we have a dance floor; a patio on the east side, with a bar adjacent to the dining rooms.

We have abundant free parking which is a plus compared to the paid parking of the city.

The staff here at Prescott gears up for special events. Kind of like the cast of a play, or a sports team. We all know our roles and we take care of every last detail for you.

We’d be happy to host any of these functions for you.

For a comfortable function, 170 guests is doable. We’re licensed for 250 but realistically 170 is our optimal top end for attendees in order to see to everyone’s needs

Hall Rental Pricing - 2024

Dining Area (South/West Hall)  - $600 (per day)

Dining Area (North/East Hall) - $400 (per day)

Dining Area (South/West & North/East Hall)  - $800 (per day)

Meeting Room - $250 (4 hours)

Prices are for hall rental only. Bartender service is available at a cost of $20 per hour.

HST is applicable and not included in above prices

Meals and beverages are additional and must be arranged through our restaurant operator.

*25% Discount for on hall rentals for active PGC Members
